At New Metal Surfaces, we enjoy the daily grind. 

We specialise in internal and external diameter grinding that complements our coating services. Cylindrical grinding is a process undertaken to finish grind the diameter of a cylindrical part, resulting in a high-quality finish, accurate tolerances, and typically provides a better surface finish than fine machining.

Our grinders are manually operated by our experienced tradesmen and are not CNC or machine-automated, providing the exceptional quality one would expect from a handcrafted processes.

We utilise precision ceramic and diamond abrasives, allowing us to finish any coating or component materials to the highest specifications. We also have polishing capabilities available, giving us the ability to super finish and belt linish our coatings to the specified roughness average (Ra) requirement.
